How does our unique talent scan work?
We provide several packages you can choose from, including packages suitable for small groups, teams of up to fifty people, and groups of fifty plus. Sign up for the option that best suits your needs to access the platform that hosts our talent scan and let each team member fill out the online talent test. After completing the test, each person will receive a personal profile with customized tips and tools.
This 360-degree feedback will help your team members discover their unique strengths and development points so that they can develop their skills autonomously. The talent scan can also be used for team building, and we provide scripts that you can use during workshops. It is also possible to hire one of our professional coaches or facilitators—let us know what suits you best. We are happy to provide you with a customized service in addition to the talent test.
